Regarding The ProBoards Update

ProBoards recently updated their forums, and if you haven't logged in since the update, they will require you to enter your date of birth if you hadn't yet & enter a confirmation code that will be sent to the email address that you registered with.. Your birthday can be hidden from the general public and members of this forum, so it presents absolutely no security risk..

I apologize for the inconvenience (even though I had absolutely nothing to do with it).. Also, if you get an error message whilst trying to comply with their requests, just try again.. I haven't deleted any members, they simply haven't perfected their system yet..

Also, you will no longer receive email notifications when someone replies to a topic that you previously subscribed to (or currently bookmark).. Sadly, that was one of the reasons that I chose ProBoards because not everyone is going to check a BBS every single day to see if there's been any activity, nor should they have to..

Nevertheless, the only changes I've noticed post upgrade have been more detrimental than beneficial.. Except for the spell check option, that is..
